Genji wants to believe that maybe, just maybe, Jack can understand what he's going through better than anyone else can, but it's hard to do that when they sit across from each other like this: Jack, broad frame, pretty blue eyes, smooth skin, a smile that could put the sun to shame. And Genji, a mess of man and machine, whose remaining skin is just as ugly as his new appendages. Who has to hide the shame of his scarred and battered face behind a faceplate at all times.
